- Effective Discipleship: Cultivating the ability to disciple and reproduce Christ in others (1 Thessalonians 2:7-11).
- Developing Vision and Mission: Gaining clarity on vision, intentionality, and means to accomplish one’s mission (Proverbs 29:18).
- Understanding Calling: Recognizing one’s calling, the target audience, and the appropriate ministry vehicle (Galatians 1:13-18; Acts 18:1-3).
- Directional Leadership: Knowing where you are going as a leader and aligning with God’s heart (Ephesians 1:16,17; Philippians 3:10-14).
